A very nice modern art poster displaying a telephone box which almost looks like a jukebox!

The poster invites you to a Danish design competition about how the "new" open telephone boxes should look like in Copenhagen. The design contributions can be seen in the former "Copenhagen City Museum".

The poster is designed by the Danish artist Per Arnoldi who is a self-taught, world-renowned modernist artist. He is particularly known for his posters and considered one of Denmark's most important poster artists. He is known for a tight and easily recognizable form and color language. As a painter, Per Arnoldi always uses primary colors (red/yellow/blue) on a bed of white - just like on this very poster.

Arnoldi is represented in a number of well known museums in the world including Victoria and Albert Museum in London, Museum of Modern Art in New York, Museum of Modern Art in Toyama and Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.

This poster is a great contribution to the modernist legacy that (without a doubt) will spice up any wall it is hanged on. The poster is extremely hard to find so if you find yourself in the need of something quite unique - you came to the right place.
