Here is a nice and divine advertisement created by the grand master of surrealism, the Spanish artist Salvador Dalí.

The poster features a glimpse of Mont Saint-Michel, the small wooden boats stranded on the beach and in the top we have Dalí's famous face on sticks. A great combination of surrealism and landmarks!

Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) was a Spanish painter and is preferably known for his surrealist paintings and sculptures. His arts is represented in many famous museums all over the world and he even has his own museum (in which he is also buried) in Figueres, Spain (where he was born).

This poster is one of six which Dalí made for SNCF. Each poster represents a different destination in France such as Paris, The Alps, Normandy, Roussillon, Alsace and Auvergne. On the bottom of the poster "Chemins de Fer Français" - meaning the French National Railways.

Please note: Salvador Dalí made the poster in 1969 but the poster was first publish in 1970.
